1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Snoop, including the website, mobile game, content, communications, and related services operated by Tomoni Labs, LLC.
By accessing or using Snoop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Snoop.
2. Eligibility
Snoop is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Snoop only with permission from a parent or guardian.
You may not use Snoop if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
3. Snoop Services
Snoop is a fictional entertainment game. It lets players inspect simulated phone evidence, answer deduction questions, and unlock story reveals.
Snoop is not a real investigation tool, private investigation service, safety service, emergency service, legal service, or professional advice.
4. Accounts and Security
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Fictional Content and Player Conduct
You agree to use Snoop responsibly and only for lawful entertainment purposes.
- Do not use Snoop to stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, or investigate real people without permission.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not upload malware or interfere with Snoop systems, security, availability, or data.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or automate access to Snoop except where we have given written permission or applicable law requires otherwise.
- Do not use Snoop for emergency, safety-critical, legal, financial, medical, or other professional decisions.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Snoop may offer paid episodes, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation methods will be shown before purchase.
If you purchase through an app store or payment processor, that provider may handle billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment data under its own terms. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
Snoop, including software, design, text, graphics, fictional cases, characters, artwork, brand elements, and other service content, is owned by Tomoni Labs, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Snoop for personal entertainment.
8. User Content
If Snoop lets you submit feedback, support messages, profile information, or other content, you retain ownership of your content.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use your content as needed to operate, provide, secure, improve, and support Snoop.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using Snoop, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
10. Service Changes and Availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Snoop at any time. We do not guarantee that Snoop will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.
11. Termination
You may stop using Snoop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Snoop or others, or if required by law.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
12. Disclaimers
Snoop is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tomoni Labs, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to Snoop.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Snoop will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for Snoop in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice when changes are material. Continued use of Snoop after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
